The house has 6 bedrooms with a new den/games room on the top floor with TV/DVD, table tennis and pool. Set in 12 acres in the scenic 'Golden Triangle' area of Le Marche, this is the perfect place to relax in privacy yet Casa Maria , unlike many other rental properties in the area, is not isolated as it is within walking distance of the historic walled village of Penna San Giovanni as can be seen from the photograph below (click on The Town link). “We enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria very much. It's an amazing house, fantastic location, stunning view and ambience. The house is super equipped. The proximity to Penne San Giovanni, enables one to do most basic shopping on foot and to enjoy the local pizzeria and bar/café. We also - with help from employees in the cityhall - managed to see the little theatre.” Ann Marie, Denmark, August 2010 ![]() Casa Maria, Penna San Giovanni “Just a brief note to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday in Villa Casa Maria. Wendy and Barry were very helpful and attentive and the house was very comfortable. Both Fred and I and our family really enjoyed our two weeks.
