Casa Maria, Penna San Giovanni

Set in 12 acres Casa Maria is, unlike many other rental properties in the area, not isolated as it is  within walking distance of an historic walled village as can be seen from the photograph above (click on The Town link).

We believe location is important and you may find our proximity to the town, with its shops, restaurant and bars as well as bank, doctor, pharmacy and post office, a distinct advantage when you have just run out of milk or simply want a leisurely lunch.

Casa Maria has 6 bedrooms - sleeping up to 12 people.    This is the 'real' Italy so you will be pleased with the cost of living - even if the pound stays weak.

"Just wanted to drop a line to say we had a fantastic time.  The weather and the scenery was fantastic.  The villa is superb for a larger group and so well equiped!  All our friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay and needless to say we dined al fresco most days on the terrace!"  Mrs Lorna M, Scotland June 2008.
